At skeyes, we consider the security and continuity of our services as one of our top priorities. Our specialists are continually working to optimise our systems and processes, yet despite all the effort we put into securing our systems, vulnerabilities may still be present.
In line with the Belgian Criminal Code we consider all misuse of these vulnerabilities to obtain or to attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our networks, systems or applications as a crime for which prison sentences and fines are determined in the law.
However, as a researcher, you might believe you have identified a vulnerability. In that case we kindly urge you not to attempt to exploit the vulnerability yourself or to disclose information to third parties but instead to report it directly to us. We investigate all reports of security vulnerabilities affecting our services.
To report a vulnerability, please send us an e-mail at cso@skeyes.be.
To ensure the best outcome, please follow these guidelines:
You can expect the following commitments from us:
We will send our feedback to the e-mail address you used.
The personal data you provide to us in your vulnerability report will only be used to investigate the reported vulnerability and to communicate our feedback to you. We will not distribute your personal information to third parties other than our service providers and professional advisors without your permission. Should the law require us to provide your personal information to an authority we will ensure that the applicable authority treats your personal information confidentially. You can find more information on how we process your personal data in our Privacy Statement. If you have any question regarding the protection of your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@skeyes.be.
