Quality Management Expert
What does a skeyes Quality Management Expert do?
You develop, maintain and improve a Quality Management System (QMS) so that the various in-company processes can be identified, measured, verified and improved in accordance with ISO-9001:
- you elaborate a framework that enables the implementation of a QMS in accordance with ISO-9001;
- you identify and integrate the QMS requirements in the company processes that support the implementation of the skeyes strategy;
- you conduct a gap analysis after publication of new or modified ISO-9001 requirements;
- you coordinate the elaboration of an action plan and its implementation in close collaboration with the various parties involved (managers, process owners,…).
You monitor the application of the QMS so as to ensure that all processes meet the requirements:
- you ensure that the processes are monitored correctly;
- you conduct in-company audits and report its findings;
- you offer support in the performance of the root cause analysis;
- you verify and evaluate the implementation of the action plan, as well as the efficiency of the solution.
You promote the QMS within skeyes and support staff members in its application:
- you develop and provide training courses on the matter;
- you serve as a point of contact for the Quality Management System.
Candidate profile
What makes you the perfect Quality Management Expert?
- you hold at least a Bachelor’s degree;
- you have experience in quality management;
- you have a solid knowledge of the ISO-9001 standard;
- you are familiar with the methods and techniques (as well as with the terminology) of quality control/management (analyses, audit);
- you are persuasive and have good communication skills;
- you are pragmatic and accurate and you have excellent organizational skills;
- you have a solid knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
