Process Optimisation Expert
As our Process Optimisation Expert, you will participate in optimising processes within skeyes' technical services.
To this end, you will identify, make and implement recommendations for optimising processes within these same services.
What does a Process Optimisation Expert do at skeyes?
Mapping, controlling and monitoring the various processes within the technical services.
- Identify and integrate existing processes within the Technical Services department.
- If necessary, draft and formalise processes in collaboration with the services concerned.
- Identify shortcomings and inconsistencies.
- Develop and implement improvements/solutions, in particular for processes used to record and manage technical interventions.
- Keep formalised processes up to date.
- Integrate and automate support processes using available tools and formats.
- Monitor the (correct application of) processes in the various technical units.
Analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes within the technical services.
- Analyse the compliance, effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes.
- Analyse all recording, data management and information flows across processes, as input for regular reporting to top management.
- Carry out root cause analyses in the event of errors, shortcomings or inconsistencies in the data available.
- Make recommendations, in accordance with the directives in force, to enable appropriate action to be taken.
- Help implement recommendations.
Actively participating in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and in compliance initiatives within the technical services.
- Assist the Quality and Compliance Managers in developing relevant processes, procedures and tools.
- Follow up audit findings in collaboration with the Process & Monitoring Manager, the OPS Compliance Manager and the QMS Expert.
- Actively participate in the development and execution of corrective action plans by providing process solutions in close collaboration with the services involved.
- Monitor corrective actions and process improvements.
- Promote the importance of a high-performance QMS as a prerequisite for the effectiveness of the skeyes Safety Management System.
Interact with HR, Payroll and the technical services teams to set up a process for the correct, complete and timely circulation of recorded data.
- Identify the data that needs to be recorded and managed to feed peripheral HR and Payroll processes.
- Reassess, analyse and optimise data flows and their management at regular intervals, including the adaptations required for the introduction of new HR processes.
- Work with Service Management colleagues and staff who record on-call duties and interventions, to ensure a perfect match between the various data movements.

- Initial professional experience in the aviation industry (technical side) is a plus.
