ITSM Specialist Ivanti
As our Ivanti Administrator, you play a leading role in the management and evolution of our ITSM platform, providing your expertise to the overall management of ITSM processes and their integration.
You will be at the heart of projects aimed at optimising our service management tools in a critical and constantly evolving environment. This includes, among others, configuring and improving functionalities of the Ivanti ITSM solution, as well as training and supporting users to ensure smooth adoption of the tools.
What does a skeyes’ ITSM Specialist Ivanti do?
- You configure, maintain and improve functionalities of the Ivanti ITSM platform, ensuring that it meets business needs.
- You analyse existing ITSM processes and propose improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of service management.
- You provide technical support for the Ivanti platform and resolve complex issues related to ITSM tools.
- You implement new functionalities and modules, in collaboration with IT teams and other stakeholders, to meet business requirements.
- You maintain and optimise ITSM tools to ensure their performance and integration into an Enterprise Service Management platform.
- You train end users in the use of the tools and support them in their daily adoption.
- You document configurations, processes and changes made to the platform.
Candidate profile
What makes you the perfect ITSM Specialist Ivanti?
- You have obtained a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- You have 3 years of proven and in-depth experience in managing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, with significant achievements to your credit.
- The Ivanti ITSM platform, including configuration, workflows and automation, holds no secrets for you.
- You are familiar with SQL connectors, structured query languages and reporting, which is an advantage for you in your assignments.
- You have expertise and experience in the following areas:
- Strong command of Ivanti ITSM platform administration.
- Good understanding of SQL, scripting and workflow automation.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL certification is an asset).
- Expertise in API integrations and database structures.
- Mastering ITSM processes and modules, including:
- Incident management, problem management, change management and asset management (with discovery tools).
- Service request management, including the design of service offerings and related workflows.
- Configuration Item (CI) structuring and managing for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Ability to adapt screen layouts, internal database structures and related processes requiring specialised expertise.
- Experience with role modifications, workspace configurations and object permissions.
