What do you do as ATM & CNS Systems Senior Manager at skeyes?
Leadership, management and development
You will be responsible for the leadership, management and further development of various departments and services. These include those providing the technical support needed to ensure air traffic continuity. This for both internal and external customers.
Reporting, analysis & continuous improvement
You provide management reporting on the process results including the availability and performance of the technical installations with accompanying analyses and possible improvement plans.
Strategic insight
You draw up, manage and realise the strategic plan for the relevant technical areas (Radio & Voice Communication, Navigation and Surveillance). This taking into account, among other things, the necessary evolution, resource planning and budgeting. You also ensure that the necessary commitments relating to performance and continuity are established.
Change leadership
You are jointly responsible for the optimal functioning of the organisation and for the roadmap to initiate a permanent optimisation movement. This means permanently striving for the optimal evolution and highest effectiveness in managing and offering technical systems.
Candidate profile
What makes you the ideal ATM & CNS Systems Senior Manager?
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field) and preferably have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, in an aviation environment.
- You are good at People Management.
- You find your way around the Office365 environment smoothly.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You have a high level of professionalism, an excellent work ethic and a great sense of personal responsibility.
- You are able to balance multiple competing priorities.
- You are an initiator, assertive, results-oriented and can work in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
